James R. Waldvogel
Jim Waldvogel is the owner and managing member of the Waldvogel Law Firm. Jim has been practicing law for over 25-years and his experience ranges from the court room to the board room. His areas of expertise include business and corporate law, commercial litigation, insurance matters, commercial collections and estate planning.
Prior to forming the Firm, Jim was General Counsel of Pentastar Aviation, LLC which is owned by Edsel Ford II at the Oakland County International Airport in Waterford, Michigan. Previously, Jim was a litigation and business law attorney at Stark Reagan, PC in Troy, Michigan. By combining his law firm and in-house experience, Jim has a unique insight into the legal needs of businesses.
Jim attended the University of Michigan where he majored in Economics with a heavy emphasis on Computer Science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he served on Law Review and the Moot Court team.
